DETECTION OF EARLY BREAST CANCER

Watch for new changes.

Change in sensation
- unexpailned
- new, localised & unilateral

Nipple changes
- any discharge
- non healing moist reddish areas

Visual signs
- Unilateral change in breast shape or contour
- unequal elevation of one breast
- partial retraction of one areolar area or nipple.
- deviation of nipple
- localised skin dimpling, flattening, not present on other side.

Palpable signs
- any lumps, thickening or asymmetrical nodularity.
